The Bode City Council met in regular session Monday November 4, 2024, at 5:30PM in the council chambers. All members were present. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order.

A motion was made by Fulwider, second by Miller to approve the agenda as posted. All ayes, motion carried. A motion was made by Tepner, second by Hasfjord, to approve the minutes from the previous meeting as published. All ayes, motion carried.

Todd McMahon, City maintenance informed the council that the lagoon was in draw down and snow equipment is ready to go. He presented a quote from Wastequip for four additional dumpsters at a total cost of $2373, following discussion a motion was made by Tepner, second by Miller to approve this purchase. All ayes, motion carried.

A motion was made by Miller, second by Tepner to approve the Street Finance Report for fiscal year 2024 along with Resolution 2024-06 “A resolution Approving the Street Finance Report for Fiscal year ending 2024. Ayes: Fulwider, Tepner, McKenna, Miller, and Hasfjord.

Nays: none.

A nuisance property was discussed, following discussion City Clerk directed to contact the city attorney on abatement procedures for this property.
